Creator Terms

These creator terms apply to creator profiles, uploaded images, drop metadata, share links, support links, and pilot participation on VeilTease.
Pilot operator
VeilTease is operated by VeilTease during the pilot phase. Creator support, safety reports, rights notices, and account requests can be sent to support@veiltease.com.
Creator eligibility
Creators must be at least 18 years old. Do not create a creator profile, upload content, receive support, or publish for another person who is under 18 or appears to be under 18.
We may request additional information or remove access if we cannot reasonably confirm eligibility, consent, ownership, or policy compliance.
Rights and consent
You may upload only content that you own or are authorized to use. You must have all required rights, releases, licenses, and permissions for people, brands, locations, music, artwork, or other protected material in your uploads.
Everyone shown in uploaded content must have consented to the creation, upload, display, and sharing of that content. You may not upload private, intimate, stolen, leaked, manipulated, or non-consensual material.
If you use AI-generated or edited images, you remain responsible for rights, likeness, consent, accuracy, and policy compliance.
Allowed creator use
VeilTease is for creator communities, including fashion, lifestyle, art, photography, travel, beauty, product drops, cosplay, music, fitness, and fan challenges.
VeilTease is not for pornography, nude content, explicit sexual content, sexual services, escorting, adult entertainment, trafficking, child sexual abuse material, sexualized minors, or content involving anyone who appears to be under 18.
Creator identity
Your creator name, avatar, bio, tags, drops, support links, and public links may be visible to fans, moderators, service providers, and people with the link. Do not impersonate another person, brand, business, or public figure.
Creator names, links, tags, and descriptions must not mislead users, promote prohibited content, or imply a relationship with VeilTease or a third party that does not exist.
Moderation
Drops may require review before they become public or playable by link. VeilTease may approve, reject, disable, delete, restrict, report, or request changes to drops at any time.
Repeated violations, serious safety issues, rights complaints, payment-provider risk, or attempts to evade review can lead to account restriction, account deletion, link removal, or legal reports.
Disclosures
If a drop is sponsored, paid, affiliate-linked, or promotional, you are responsible for making clear disclosures wherever you promote it.
You are responsible for complying with advertising, consumer protection, platform, tax, and creator economy rules that apply to your own promotions and external support pages.
Creator support links
You may add a third-party support link if it complies with these terms and the third-party provider rules. You are responsible for your payment account, eligibility, taxes, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, creator disclosures, and local obligations.
VeilTease does not process supporter money, store payment card data, control external payment pages, guarantee payments, or resolve third-party payment disputes.
Revenue and payments
Payments, paid passes, subscriptions, creator payouts, and revenue share are not active for the pilot unless VeilTease confirms them in writing.
Data and deletion
You can delete your creator profile and drops from the studio. Some records may remain when needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or dispute handling.
Deleted public content may take time to disappear from caches, backups, search previews, or third-party links outside VeilTease control.
Pilot participation
During the pilot, keep invite links limited to the audience agreed with VeilTease and report bugs, unsafe content, or rights issues quickly.
Do not present pilot features, analytics, discovery, support links, or monetization as guaranteed. Features may change, break, pause, or be removed during the pilot.
English version
These creator terms are provided in English. If translated summaries or interface labels are available, the English creator terms control unless VeilTease publishes a localized legal version.
