This policy explains how VeilTease handles account data, creator uploads, moderation records, email notices, and pilot analytics.
Pilot operator
VeilTease is operated by VeilTease during the pilot phase. For privacy requests, contact support@veiltease.com.
What we collect
We collect account details, age confirmations, creator profile details, support links, uploaded drop images, drop metadata, moderation records, invite links, device/session data, and basic play events such as starts, completions, failures, passes used, support link clicks, and level progress.
We also collect email verification status, password reset records, security events, user preferences, reports, support requests, and technical logs needed to operate and protect the pilot.
We do not collect payment card details for external support links.
How we use it
We use this data to provide player and creator accounts, publish and moderate drops, generate share links, operate the game, prevent abuse, measure pilot performance, send transactional email, handle reports, and respond to support, safety, rights, or legal requests.
Uploaded content
Creators are responsible for the images they upload. VeilTease may review, reject, remove, or disable uploaded content when needed for safety, rights, policy, or legal reasons.
Uploaded content and related metadata may be visible to users with access to a creator profile, drop page, invite link, or public link. Reports and moderation records may be reviewed by VeilTease and service providers that help operate the pilot.
Cookies and sessions
We use session cookies to keep creators and admins signed in. We do not need advertising cookies for the pilot.
We may use local storage or similar browser storage to remember theme, language, play state, profile cache, and account preferences.
We use email to send account verification, password reset, security, moderation, support, and user-requested creator notification messages. We do not use pilot email for cold outreach, purchased lists, or unsolicited bulk marketing.
Optional creator notification emails can be controlled from account settings where available. Essential account, security, legal, and service messages may still be sent when needed.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with hosting, storage, email, security, analytics, legal, payment-link, support, or moderation providers that help operate VeilTease.
We may share limited information when needed to investigate abuse, protect users, respond to lawful requests, enforce policies, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.
Retention
We keep data while accounts, drops, or pilot records are active. We may retain limited records after deletion when needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, reporting, dispute handling, accounting, backup, or audit reasons.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, export, deletion, or restriction of your personal data by emailing support@veiltease.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Creators can update profile details, support links, notification settings, password, and deletion options from the creator studio where available.
Children
VeilTease is not for children. Users and creators must be at least 18, and creators must not upload content featuring minors in sexual, exploitative, unsafe, or adult-entertainment contexts.
International use
VeilTease may use service providers in different countries. By using the pilot, you understand that data may be processed where VeilTease or its providers operate, subject to appropriate safeguards where required.
English version
This privacy policy is provided in English. If translated summaries or interface labels are available, the English privacy policy controls unless VeilTease publishes a localized legal version.
