These terms apply to the VeilTease pilot website, creator studio, player accounts, interactive drops, support links, and related email notices.

Pilot operator

VeilTease is operated by VeilTease during the pilot phase. For support, safety reports, rights notices, or account requests, contact support@veiltease.com.

Eligibility

VeilTease is only for people who are at least 18 years old. Do not create an account, access drops, upload content, follow creators, use support links, or participate in the pilot if you are under 18 or are not legally allowed to use the service where you live.

Using the service

VeilTease lets approved creators publish interactive image drops and lets fans play, complete, follow, report, and share those drops. You must use the service lawfully, respectfully, and only for content you are allowed to access or share.

The pilot may include invite-only access, limited public pages, experimental features, changing limits, manual review, and temporary data or analytics workflows.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, password, age confirmation, email address, session, and activity. Keep your login details secure. Tell us quickly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We may refuse, suspend, restrict, remove, or delete accounts that create safety, legal, platform, payment, reputation, security, or policy risk.

Content

Creators keep ownership of their uploads. By uploading content, creators give VeilTease permission to host, process, display, resize, moderate, and share that content as needed to operate the service.

You must not copy, download, scrape, redistribute, sell, or reuse creator content unless the creator or VeilTease gives you permission.

Restrictions

You may not upload, request, promote, or share illegal, non-consensual, exploitative, adult-entertainment, infringing, deceptive, malicious, unsafe, or policy-violating content.

VeilTease is not for pornography, explicit sexual content, nude content, sexual services, escorting, trafficking, child sexual abuse material, sexualized minors, or content involving anyone who appears to be under 18.

You may not scrape, attack, reverse engineer, spam, phish, harass, evade moderation, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or use VeilTease to send unsolicited messages.

Moderation and reports

VeilTease may review, reject, remove, disable, or report content and accounts when needed for safety, rights, policy, payment, platform, or legal reasons.

If you see unsafe, illegal, infringing, non-consensual, or policy-violating content, use the in-app report control where available or email support@veiltease.com with the drop link, creator name, and reason for the report.

We may preserve records, restrict accounts, remove public access, or contact appropriate providers or authorities when required by law or when needed to protect users and the service.

Email and notices

VeilTease sends transactional email for account verification, password reset, security, moderation, support, and user-requested creator notifications. We do not use the pilot email system for cold outreach, purchased lists, or unsolicited bulk marketing.

You can control optional creator notification emails from your account settings where available. Essential account, security, legal, and service messages may still be sent when needed.

Pilot features

Some features may be experimental, incomplete, or changed during the pilot. Passes, monetization, public discovery, and analytics may be adjusted or removed before launch.

Creator support links

Creator support links are for people who are at least 18. Creators may add external support links. Payments happen on third-party sites, at your own risk. VeilTease does not process, hold, or refund those payments.

VeilTease does not take a platform cut from external creator tips. Payment provider fees, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, payment loss, and regret remain between you, the creator, and the payment provider.

Availability

We aim to keep VeilTease available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service.

Third-party services

VeilTease may rely on hosting, storage, email, analytics, security, and moderation providers. External creator support links, social links, and payment pages are controlled by third parties and are subject to their own terms and policies.

Termination

You may stop using VeilTease at any time. Creators can request deletion of their creator profile and drops from the studio or through support. We may retain limited records when needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, accounting, or dispute handling.

Liability

VeilTease is provided as is during the pilot. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

English version

These pilot terms are provided in English. If translated summaries or interface labels are available, the English terms control unless VeilTease publishes a localized legal version.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
